isolved Classic View - Submitting & Approving Missed Punches
Employee submission and managerial approval of missed punch requests
This article demonstrates how an employee can submit a missed punch, and how a manager/supervisor can approve a missed punch.
Employee Instructions:
Submitting a Missed Punch Request
Once you're logged into isolved:
1. Click the clock next to your name in the upper-left hand corner
2. In the dropdown, click Missing Punch

3. Enter your missed punch information, including date and time
4. Click Save to submit your missed punch

Manager/Supervisor Instructions:
Approving a Missed Punch Request
After logging into isolved:
1. Click your name in the upper-left corner
2. Select Manager or Supervisor Mode

3. Click My Dashboard
4. Click into Pending Punches, using the alert on the main page, or the Pending Punches menu item

5. Check the box next to the punch
6. Select your action and hit “Process”
