Your access to API Handshake will be initiated by a welcome email coming from info@apihandshake.com

Click on the "Accept Invitation" link to begin. 

You will then be taken to a page to create your Password.  Make sure to choose a Password that is rated as Strong or Very Strong.

Once you select "Set my password", you will be directed to a new page.  At the top is a button for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  

IMPORTANT - If you don't currently use an application such as Google Authenticator or Duo on your phone, you MUST install one to access the API Handshake. We recommend Google Authenticator.

Once the application is downloaded on your phone, you will select "Enable Multi-Factor". 

A pop up will appear on the screen with a QR code.  You should be able to scan the QR Code within the camera app or authentication app itself.  
Once your phone recognizes the QR code and adds a new code generator to your phone, enter the code from your phone into the box and select "Update".

You should see a green confirmation on the screen that your Two Factor Authentication is Enabled. 

Please note, you will need to enter an MFA code each time unless using SSO!  (details below). 

Select the Employdrive logo in the upper left of the page to begin using API Handshake. 

We now allow users to access API Handshake using Bullhorn Identity, single sign-on (SSO). 

If you would like to enable Bullhorn Identity and SSO functionality, go to Bullhorn and find your Master UserID in the Userlist report under User Settings.

Send the Master UserID to your API Handshake contact at Employdrive and wait for their confirmation that the SSO configuration is complete.
