The purpose of this article is to provide a brief explanation of each menu item available in isolved under Employee Self-Service. These roles may be enabled for employee, manager and supervisor access. Employdrive will enable access to specific menu items at the request of the client. By default, not all menu items are configured for employee access.

- My Dashboard - This section is for anyone with a manager/supervisor role who has employees assigned to them for approval to PTO, Profile changes, Tax changes, Direct Deposit Changes, or Time Card Entry.
- Employee Messages – On this page the employee can view any messages or documents that the client has uploaded for viewing. The client can request eligibility rules that will only allow select groups of employees to have viewing rights.
- Employee Profile Picture – The employee has the ability to upload their own picture to their profile.
- ESS Misc Data Sets - Displays miscellaneous field data sets assigned to employee.
- ESS Misc Fields - Displays miscellaneous fields assigned to employee.

- Organization Information - This menu will display fields unique to your organization assigned to the employee (e.g. Department, Division, Office, etc.)
- Contact Information – This page displays the Employee Name, Address, and phone numbers for contact.

- Company Information – This page will show any messages that the employee is eligible to view
- Open Enrollment – If you are using benefit enrollment this screen will walk the employee through the process of enrolling in benefits and allowing them to see premium information and any plan documents you want to make available. They will be able to assign dependents and beneficiaries in this process. This screen is for annual open enrollment and life event open enrollment
- Life Events Wizard – This screen allows the employee to record any life events that may impact their benefits, as well as uploading a document
- Life Events History – This screen shows an accumulated history of the life events submitted by the client or employee to date.
- Benefits Summary – Shows an annual cost and contribution summary of all elected benefits.
- Benefits Update - A screen where you can update your Deferred Compensation deduction amount, HSA amounts or direct deposit, as well as Primary Care Physician if the benefit plan is set up update.
- Benefit Plan Details – This screen provides a more detailed look at the Benefits Summary tab including plan documents.
- Documents – Employees will be able to view a document stored in the system based on your profile, or where you may be able to upload documents and save them to your profile.
- Company Assets – The employer can assign items to an employee, such as uniforms, ID card, Laptop, etc. On this screen the employee can view those items.
- Awards – This screen allows the employer/employee to track awards received.
- Pay History – Employees may view and print paystubs. This menu remains available to the employee after termination.
- W2/ACA/1099 Forms – Employees may download and print all historical W2s, 1099s and 1095s. This menu remains available to the employee after termination.
- Employee Contacts – Lists all employee contacts
- Employee I-9 – This tab can be used to add and attest to I-9 information for clients that are not doing this through another service.
- Prior Employment – Either the employee or employer can use this screen to add/update prior employment history.
- Training - Employees can view and add completed trainings. These types of screens are available for many HR related categories.
- Skills – Clients can create a list of skills in client management that can be assigned to and updated for each employee.
- Education – Employees can list their educational history.
- Certifications – Employees can list any certifications that they hold.
- Direct Deposit – Gives the employee access to view but not update their direct deposit information.
- Salary – Employees can view their salary history.
- Jobs – Employees can view their job history.
- Pending Reviews – If using performance reviews, this menu will list all reviews assigned to the employee for completion.
- Performance Review History – If using performance reviews, this menu will display all completed performance reviews.
- Tax Updates Wizard – This screen will walk the employee through completing the federal and state tax forms and upon completion will save the form to the Employee Documents tab.
- Name and Contact Information – Allows for employees to change name and address.
- Direct Deposit Updates – Allows the employee to update and/or add additional direct deposit accounts and specify the amounts or percentages deposited to each account
- Salary Updates – Allows for changes to employee pay. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Job Updates – Allows for changes to employee job. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Awards Updates – Allows for changes to employee awards. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Certifications Updates – Allows for changes to employee certifications. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Company Assets Updates – Allows for changes to employee company assets. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Corrective Actions – Allows for changes to employee corrective actions. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Education Updates – Allows for changes to employee education. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Prior Employment Updates – Allows for changes to employee prior employment. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Skills Updates – Allows for changes to employee skills. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
- Training Updates – Allows for changes to employee training. Typically only used for manager or supervisor access.
